I'm sorry to hear this Kari.

Your landlord sounds like a boob! Does she have any idea how filthy

your house would have to be to attract rats? Obviuosly not. They are

coming in looking for either food or warmth. There is a big

difference between a messy house b/c you have 4 kids and a filthy

house that attracts rats. Tell her you're going to turn her in. She

can't let this go on. You have kids!! I don't even know her and she's

got me mad. What a witch. I hope you're able to get this resolved
