Guest guest
Thanks so much for your suggestions. Where does a person get melatonin? Pharmacies, health food stores? We saw the pediatrician yesterday and he couldn't find anything medically wrong with . He suggested one to two teaspoons of Benadryl before bed. We gave her one and she made it till 4:20 am before waking up crying. I gave her another teaspoon but it took till 6:30 before she fell back asleep. Someone suggested nightmares. Can a child have a nightmare for five days straight? I almost think it must be something like that, or remembering something sad or scary. Her routine hasn't really changed this past week. It will change greatly starting tomorrow though when we drive up to Canada to spend Christmas with my family. It's a 22 hour drive so we do it in three days--meaning, two hotel stays. I'm thinking I'm going to have to try uping the Benadryl or finding some Melatonin, since not only will have trouble sleeping in the hotel, so will her younger brothers and us, as well as the people in neighboring rooms! Thanks again for your help, Sheryle ______________________________________________________________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals.yahoo.ca
