Mung Beans and cropping posts

Brand New to sprouting. My Alfalfa, Mung Beans and San Francisco Mix (bean

mixture) are six days into sprouting.

Tips on the white parts of the beans are starting to turn brown for some reason

though the little green leaves just appeared. (I have been rinsing and shaking

them dry every 12 hours as I was told so they shouldn't be dry-they are in mason

jars with sprouting lids).

Is it time to eat them (and store the rest in the fridge for how long?)After

patiently Watching them grow for a week and I am ready to enjoy the " fruits " of

my labor in a delicious salad tomorrow.

New to list last week so I don't want to offend anyone, but noticed that a

fair number of posts in every digest aren't being cropped so old messages are

reappearing over and over at the end of new posts. Makes for a Lot of needless

scrolling through redundant material when posters don't cut and paste.

Otherwise I appreciate the interesting variety of subjects being discussed.
