Why not just put tap water through the H2gO filter?  How do you test the

water?  Do you take it to the county or what?  I'd love to test my tap water

as I am afraid it is not too good.  I put a filter on the output for drinking

water, but I don't know what red lights and green lights are and it wasn't on

there long before it was red.  So now I have to look for another filter before

I trust it.  We buy spring water in bottles (which are probably not BPA

safe).

We have a Britta filter too, and I'd like to test that too.  Do you use a test

kit like for a swimming pool?

When I tested tap water (less acidic but more polluted), distilled water, water

from a Puri filter and water from my Brita filter they were ALL ACIDIC so I

purchased a H2gO filter ($70.00 with 1 extra filter). I first filter my tap

water using a Brita filter system then fill the H2gO filter (20oz) with this

water. This makes the water a 10+ alkaline. Which is now the only water I drink.
