Bet your ass he's doin something wrong. I can't imagine not using some form of anesthesia, i'd be howling from the rafters. As Steve said in a later post, both his and my docs have you fill a prescription for Lidocaine from which they apply about half a tube for about 15 min before the doc starts in with the needles. No anesthesia? OUCH.
