Are you breast feeding?

I need some advice re: fungal problem on my breast. Have had it for over a year. Dermatologist in the US prescribed Diflucan and the problem went away for a while. Has been back for nearly a year and I've done nothing, other than washing with tea tree oil soap. GP here just prescribed a topical cream but I don't want to take it w/o knowing if it's really safe to be putting on my breast. I guess this means I'm loaded with candida.Thanks for any suggestions.Holly
