I switched to the new formulation 3 weeks ago. It is

very nice not to have to take with food.

I definitely notice the difference. I don't have any

problems at all. When I was on the gelcaps my bowels

were soft once in a while.

For me the trick is taking extra fiber( I take

Psyllium whole husks) plus a powered colon formula

with lots of " friendly " flora.

I also eat a good diet, no sweets,sodas,sugar of any

kind. It all helps!
