19.7 of D3 is a reading which is VERY low! I think all the kids should be tested and re-tested in 2-3 months. It's terribly important to keep these levels at over 40, >50 would be better. If after re-testing, the levels are still low, then the supplement can be changed to an emulsified which is more expensive. I'd try the ordinary d3 first just for economic reasons. We got ours done just last week ,the process was really quick special if you give email address....the best hour to contact them is in the morning we did had much luck when phone them in the afternoon ....

after a tantrum and fobias out of the way and both me and he's dad holding him he did prick his finger and done the test, it come back with deficiency D2 is really low I think 2.8 .....D3 is 19.7 do you think this indicates also deficiency ? Does it show a need for D3 supplementation or increase the D2 would be enough?

I have no idea how to go about this ....any advice would be appreciated .....
