Guest guest Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 19.7 of D3 is a reading which is VERY low! I think all the kids should be tested and re-tested in 2-3 months. It's terribly important to keep these levels at over 40, >50 would be better. If after re-testing, the levels are still low, then the supplement can be changed to an emulsified which is more expensive. I'd try the ordinary d3 first just for economic reasons. Does it show a need for D3 supplementation or increase the D2 would be enough? I have no idea how to go about this ....any advice would be appreciated .....
