the test gives you an overall result which in DS was 22.5 (sum of D3 and D2) and marked as deficient above that only severe deficiency which is below 15 as an overall result .....

but also breaks down the result in his case D3 19.7 and D2 2.8 ...

I can see that D2 is really low but was not sure about D3 as they consider the between 40 and 50 as an overall result and do not break down a reference result for D3 or D2 in particular .....

so having saying that you definitely would consider D3 supplementing ?
