Does it show a need for D3 supplementation or increase the D2 would be enough? I have no idea how to go about this ....any advice would be appreciated ..... Guest guest
Mandi and the test gives you an overall result which in DS was 22.5 (sum of D3 and D2) and marked as deficient above that only severe deficiency which is below 15 as an overall result ..... but also breaks down the result in his case D3 19.7 and D2 2.8 ... I can see that D2 is really low but was not sure about D3 as they consider the between 40 and 50 as an overall result and do not break down a reference result for D3 or D2 in particular ..... so having saying that you definitely would consider D3 supplementing ? Guest guest
I concur and would supplement Mx I don't know why they add D2 and D3. D2 is metabolized in the kidneys to D3. 22.5 is still FAR too low.
