Guest guest
As part og the h pylori protocol Amy Yasko recommends a very small amount of baking soda in water with meals to tease out the HP to allow treatment to kill it. She says it is attracted to an acid environment but cna't survive in acidic conditions . Therefore the Hp release urease to make environment alkaline but this depletes vital nutrients. She advises the baking soda so that the HP doesn't have to do this and then can be targeted. I understand this can cause gut pain/discomfort for some. She recommends cycling on and off for 3 weeks with certain HP treatment. I'm desperately trying to get Dr G to adopt some of the yasko protocol - not sure how much income it would create for the B though. I think more of us that ask for this, more chance we have Alison R Thanks Alison, It made a lot of sense and I am going to talk about this with Dr G as soon as we have the result from all the tests done last week .....DS does fits the genetic profile and he is complaining about tummy/stomack aches often before and after food so I hope that the results are really straight forward but if not then this markers would be of help to get to the bottom of his pain.
