Guest guest
Hello all, I am finding it so hard to find a Gluten, Diary & Soya free cheese. Can anyone please recommend any that they know of? how about a pea protein one? but don't know where to get it from? also a yoghurt which is diary & soya free would be good too. Thank you so much for your help. Kind regards x
Guest guest
Thanks for typing this out - may try to tweek it abit as Naomi can't tolerate eggs, or the rice flour in the g/f flour, will have a think though as would be nice to try something different. The dough will seem sticky but this is normal for gluten free dough, knead the dough on a well floured surface, let it rest in a bowl covered with towel for 30 mins, whilst waiting oil baking tray and heat oven to 200 degrees celsius, roll dough out to thickness required, put in oven for 10/15mins, take out put topping on and bake for another 10/15mins or till edges are browned. x To: autism-biomedical-europe From: Proctja@...Date: Sat, 25 Feb 2012 14:14:57 +0000Subject: RE: Re: Gluten/ Diary & Soya Free CHEESE Wouldn't the sheep cheese still contain casein though? Or is it a different type of casein? There is some 'cheese'I came across called 'cheesley' or somthing along those lines, I think it was in Holland & Barratt. I can't remember why now but there was something maybe egg whites in it, that I knew would be a problem here but maybe worth googling and seeing the ingredients. The protein is pea protein- no casein. The redwood company sell yogurst made from pea protein - they're nice - can order online or buy from Holland & Barratt.(No soya no casein in them) - what do you make your pizza base with please?
