Thanks guys for your responses on the sleep patterns.

They are really helpful. What is this Supernutera and

how does that help? Is it a vitamin supplement too?

The Cod Liver Oil I started to try on my daughter but

she started with loose bowels. Do these still

continue when she takes it or does her body get used

to it? I only started her on it with 1/2 tsp. I

thought to have seen a little difference. It was

only 3 days then stopped when she started her bowel

movements. Talked to the doctor and said she

shouldn't be having loose bowels and to stop and start

again in a week to see if it is doing it. But isn't

that what they gave children a long time ago as a

laxative so wouldn't it give them this though? I just

don't know. Please someone let me know about both

items very interested. Where do you get the

Supernutera and should I try that for making her more

active in the morning?

Thanks,

ette, mother of le age 8
