Natasha-

They should certainly have those because they take before and afters

for each kid (or at least we had that done).

Maybe you should set up an appointment with Vicky and see if that is

a better fit for you before you proceed.

If that isn't working and you still aren't comfortable, then maybe

look elsewhere.

I'm sure you will get some responses from others who went to that

office too.
