Guest guest
Can cause a bit of hyper when started IME for folks that are very low, 1000ius drop with breakfast would be good start here. Guest guest
think we are seeing a bit of hyper! Will keep just one drop and see how we go. I know we tried this years ago and had issues with sleep.  Can cause a bit of hyper when started IME for folks that are very low, 1000ius drop with breakfast would be good start here.  Sam test just came back with adequate levels  that were more than mine after serious mega dosing from by me  Mandi x  In a message dated 17/02/2012 17:12:51 GMT Standard Time, jane_hogan@... writes:  > I am trying my 17 year old with liquid D3. Guest guest
Yes I had that also but keep it up and it goes away. When we were at NAA s do a talk on carers looking after themselves and she said to give the vitamin D just before bed...........I Guess you can;t get hyper when you are asleep, I forget why she said that but have ordered DVD's so will check again when they arrive. I usually do fat soluable stuff with a meal. If its too much to bear then BioCare do one only 100ius per drop think we are seeing a bit of hyper! Will keep just one drop and see how we go. Guest guest
He was 89 and on 3,000ius per day (VDR SNP) I was 55 and had been doing 10,000ius per day (I must have at least 1 VDR SNP) About improvements not sure as have been supping since we were on Yasko but when we first started yes, big time, he never tanned (or burned) before we did higher dose. Prior to that he was only on about 400ius which I now figure is about enough for a sparrow! He is improving slowly but surely still, more noticable since we started weekly chelating again and doing TST, going to take him to see for a review next month, the photo's should be chalk and cheese, he stands up straight, rib cage neat not flapping in the wind, veins in skin gone but seizures persist though I guess 20 in 15 months is not much considering what other people go through, last couple have seemed more serious so Tracey advised we take him this time.............but then she doesn;t have to sit in car 4 hours with I do like to be beside the seaside on repeat and never getting to prom prom prom bit lol Mx Hi Mandi, Can I ask what his levels were and did you see any improvements during the dosing? Guest guest
ITs usually about 10 to 1, I use Allergy A & D but that's less D, 10,000ius of A and 400ius of D per dose, school would have a fit if I asked them to give that much A at school so he just gets that 4 days per week but its fat soluable so I figure that's OK COuld use CLO or Vit A drops Mandi x I've read that D3 should be given with Vit A. Can anyone recommend a supplement that gives the right ratio?Thanks~-|**|PrettyHtmlEnd|**|-~ end group email -->

Guest guest
just checked the bottle and found I have been giving one drop of Vitamin D3 - RX Vitamins Liqui - D3 - probaly to much to start off with!    ITs usually about 10 to 1, I use Allergy A & D but that's less D, 10,000ius of A and 400ius of D per dose, school would have a fit if I asked them to give that much A at school so he just gets that 4 days per week but its fat soluable so I figure that's OK  COuld use CLO or Vit A drops  Mandi x  In a message dated 19/02/2012 16:48:06 GMT Standard Time, jane_hogan@... writes:  I've read that D3 should be given with Vit A. Can anyone recommend a supplement that gives the right ratio? Guest guest
I think that the ratio normally promoted isn't really helpful for individuals like our kids. Given that we produce both vitamins (under the right circumstances) but it is likely that our kids can't do so properly, what we need to give them might vary widely. My personal opinion is that loads of British people are deficient in D, and likely loads of our kids who have viral/immune issues are deficient in A. How that translates to dosing the individual is hard to say but most recommended RDAs are too low. Anita > > I've read that D3 should be given with Vit A.
