Guest guest
Dear Karianne, Has endometriosis been considered? There are some books and web pages on natural ideas for things that can help with that. Best wishes, Sandy
Guest guest
I wanted to ask a similar question as my daughter has started getting period pains. When i was a teen I had them SO SO BAD that labour was easier. Since i had kids i haven't had them as bad (nothing close) but i do get PMT and some tummy cramps. In October I did GAPs intro with my ASD son and my next period was amazing. No PMT, no pain, and a day shorter. As we have added in more foods some of the old problems have crept back but not as bad as before. I'm not prepared to go backwards with the diet at the moment let alone do intro again just now but I would definitely consider doing intro again down the line and going slower to pinpoint what foods might be a problem and need delayed re-introduction. My daughter is definitely not up for doing intro at the moment so this doesn't help her. I'm not taking paracetamol due do side effects... > > Karianne... >
