Guest guest
"How important are Ph levels for a person with HIV? Should the body be more alkaline? Thanks"Over the last several billion years, your body has to evolved to regulate your ph exquisitely well. Wild fluctuations are abnormal, and indicate severe metabolic disturbances. The lungs, kidneys and skeleton balance pH liberating CO2 from bones, expelling that gas via the lungs, and excreting amonia from the kidneys.People who suggest that you can radically and permanently alter these mechanisms to adjust your health are whack jobs, and you will do more to protect your health by avoiding them entirely.
