Guest guest
Hello Everyone,The first reason I want to use neurofeedback is for myself and my family. I have had several head injuries throughout the years and I find details difficult especially short term memory but I am determined and will not quit. I read all your e-mail and I feel I have learned from them even though I don't feel up to speed yet.I am new to the group. My neurofeed back experience was with another trainer that usedgeneric applications and training by rote. I am working hard to be up to speed but all the technical info does throw me at times. I had a session with Pete on running an assessment but I didn't retain it all. I can't seem to find the window with the first assessment screen. I found the window to choose my device but I don't see the focus as a choice. Help! I am working on a PC and my operating system is Microsoft XP.Thanks, Marcy
Guest guest
Thanks your input is very encouraging. I am determined to walk the walk.It helps so much being in the braintrainer group. It cheered me on,MarcySubject: Re: New to the Braintrainer groupTo: braintrainer Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 5:30 AM Marcy, I think I ran into this myself. I had to update my Bioexplorer to version is 1.4v1.4.1.330 which had the Focus in the pull down box. The version listed now on Cyberevolution is v1.5 so I'm making an assumption that it contains the Focus also. Welcome to the group from another 6 month newbie. Glad you found this for yourself and your family. Hang in there! The technical info is a mountain made easier to climb by taking advantage of Pete's classes and going over them several times...with a pen and paper for notes. They are great for taking the mystery out of the site locations, frequency bands, bioexplorer designs and the training process. As money allows, I can't recommend them highly enough for getting over...The Learning Curve. (I couldn't help it!) Hope this helps, Mike > > Hello Everyone, > > The first reason I want to use neurofeedback is for myself and my > family.
