Guest guest
Hi Natasa & Margaret I bought " close your mouth " dvd and book by patrick mckeown from amazon. it cost about £17. (we don't have asthma btw.) the course is several hundred so I am trying it on our own and will see how much improvement we get first. McKeown is contactable by e-mail or phone and he has been helpful. If we are on the right track then I might try a course down the road to fine tune things. They say it helps to regulate metabolism, treat cfs, regulate hormones and digestive problems. it is however not for everyone and the child would need to understand the instructions or it would be scary / not possible to do. The time commitment is another factor. We do the best we can. http://www.buteykoclinic.com/closeyourmouth.html HTH J > > > > Thanks for this Jess. How hard is this method to follow for kids?
