Guest guest Posted January 30, 2012 Report Share Posted January 30, 2012 Start low and work up, normalising pH often causes die off to start with and you may also see viral die off in forms of rashes etc so just work up slowly to the doses We saw good things with high dose Z-Natural, cognitive improvements mostly but had bad yeast die off to start with and all sorts of weird rashes, like chicken pox and poof gone again in 20 mins, spooky Mx The inventor of Z Natural has told me to dose H at 20 drops a day 3x daily.
