Like anything, reports range from very good to bad to not much difference…In those who see good things usually it is almost straight away, following by levelling off after a couple of weeks until the dose is increased and right balance found. Good effects reported increase in receptive language, less OCD, less aggression. Hope that helps, hopefully some people here have more to share.
