Bad news - the psychoanalysts won the court case. I don't know whether there will be an appeal. The parents and the film maker will carry on getting the tuth out in the open.

be aware that above French law and UK law you EU law that rules certain subjects an one of them is authors and image rights and all EU countries have to obey so be aware that the people involve may have some rights .....it is a question of investigation and be sure under what circumstances can be done, to be on the safe side.
