Alternatives to corticosteroids

My daughter suffers from asthma (also ASD) and recently had to take a three day

course of prednisone. It definitely helped her and my husband noted that her

language and behavior seemed better. (Had no idea that prednisone is under

research for treatment of ASD and is used for it " off label. " ) We don't wish to

use prednisone however and I'm wondering what folks recommend that's available

here in UK. We used to give her a nettle/quercetin liquid in the U.S. So far

I've seen separate Bromelain formulas and separate Turmeric (curcumin is

anti-inflammatory). Any suggestions or should I try to ship from U.S.?
