Hi Elle

I too wish you God speed on your way to your new home. The land of

echantment, ahhh, sounds like the perfect place for a hobbit to live

an enchanted life. Blessing to you and your dear hubby.

Hi Bev from Redding!

Welcome aboard! I am 49, 5'3 " live in Healdsburg, have two sons 18 & 22, had

diabetes with the attendant neuropathy, partly from spinal disease, for which

I need surgery, but can't have until I lose more weight. I am 4.5 months

post op. I, too, have daily pain. I relate to you, girl, I relate!

Hugs and blessings, Ann

Hey Ann, Thanks for the welcome! Thank goodness you can

relate to me! So many people just don't understand the

neuropathy--it's horrible. I keep trying diffferent meds because

so many of them make me tired or weak, which makes it very

difficult to keep up the exercise. But I find that exercise itself is

very good for me and for keeping the neuropathy symptoms

manageable. Take care. --Bev
