I am 49, 5'3 " live in Healdsburg, have two sons 18 & 22, had diabetes with the attendant neuropathy, partly from spinal disease, for which I need surgery, but can't have until I lose more weight. So many people just don't understand the neuropathy--it's horrible. I keep trying diffferent meds because so many of them make me tired or weak, which makes it very difficult to keep up the exercise.
