Link to article on potential drug interactions & Milk Thistle. Pay attention in this article to the section on Pgp & anti-cancer drugs & potential interactions with Milk Thistle, although the one study conducted in healthy volunteers with milk thistle & indinavir did not show a serious interaction. Milk thistle may not be as clean as we think.
