We received a wonderful email from Alina's doctor at the orphanage. It was from Romania. I am not sure if they have to pay for sending their emails or not. Unlike here in the USA. Does anyone know if international emails charge a fee or something? I am just curious because i know that in Romania the average salary is about 15-20$ a month. So if there is a fee for email-that would make this email that was sent to us very very very special.
