For any new folks out there, I'm always asking myself what I would do differently if I could do it all again with my current knowledge. (from diagnosis onwards that is) and I think would be to begin treating myself properly from day one. you have to be fit to get through this malarchy and also it gives you a much deeper understanding of what you're doing. I think it must be a huge part of Tim and Sandy's success.
