The Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection's (DATCP) Raw Milk

Policy Working Group met on June 11, 2010 in Madison to discuss various issues

and recommendations. During the meeting, the group reviewed the Proposed

Regulatory Framework, including the parameters of the law, animal health

regulations on the farm, raw unpasteurized milk safety regulations on the farm,

producer best management practices on the farm, DATCP regulatory oversight, and

information and education initiatives.
