***Isn't it the same as cilantro since thats the latin name for oregano?

Cilantro is definitely dangerous and strongly recommended against by

Cutler for those following his chelation protocol.

Nope, it can be confusing Cilantro and Oreganol are different, oil of oregano the herb is fine, Cilantro can cause big problems in toxic folks
