That has actually been changed. What the school charges doesn't interfere with the private therapy hours anymore. At least that's what I was told and it said that on the form.

That is not my point. My point is they could not bill Medicaid

if you did not have it and you will not have it unless you pay the premiums. Accordingly, you are paying for your childs speech therapy, etc. at

school. FAPE says that is not

allowed. terry
