Guest guest
June, We get sups down Emma only with a syringe. I tried spiking her juice or soy milk but forget it! She will not touch it. It hasn't taken her long to get used to me squirting stuff in her mouth, at least it's over quick! I haven't started her on SNT yet, but will be doing that soon. I hear it's great. Has your daughter called Dave at Kirkman's? He is so great, always willing to help, and will talk to anybody. He is a big help and always welcomes calls from parents. If you don't have the number I can find it for you! They are also just coming out with new hypoallergenic versions of SNT & TMG, in liquid form. Maybe they would work better for her. I have to say that I love this diet because our pumpkin was slipping further & further away every day until we started it. Now we have some hope of getting her back, and we are so excited. She has a lot of issues to overcome, so we are happy for any progress. I think the main thing about the diet is that it is sort of a starting place for more biological treatments. We have found more ways to help Emma biologically than we ever dreamed of. Pre-diet, Emma went to her disabled children's preschool one day a week, and cried the whole time. 2 months later, she is up to 4 days a week, and never makes a peep! Keep at it, it's worth it. ) Jaymee P.S. Love the Mother quote! June wrote: > Hi Jaymee, > my daughter, 's mom is on that list and thank you for jumping > in.
