Guest guest
My 9 year old attends mainstream with support. He is year 4 which is a big jump academically from year 3. During hols I am finding him so much calmer and less anxious. What can we do? I do not want to home educate, he is coping sort of at school, but am only now realizing how very stressed school makes him. He also does lots of after school activities like swimming, trampolining, speech therapy, so has really full day, but he needs those things. Ideally he should be in small class, but reality is it’s a large noisy class. But doesn’t really make sense to change to a new school when we are coping sort of with this school. It is so hard to find a good school placement, no gurantee next school will be better for him?????? Wishing everyone all the best in the new year
