Dear Neeti,

You can export the Excel file as a comma separated value file. csv

file

(You need to go to Save as and then choose the csv format.

Then you can open it in Word and the file opens in table form.

Alternately, you can open it in Notepad and you will get the same file

with values separated by commas. Save it as a txt file and open it in

Word. Then press Ctrl H to replace all commas

with <Enter>

Presto! Your file is ready.

A Question For Computer Savvy

Dear All,

This question is for anyone who can help--

Other than cut n paste, is there an easy way of making labels

directly from excel spreadsheet? Can we convert spreadsheet contents

into MS word doc file?? If yes, how???
