Do you rinse your mouth out good after using it? Try brushing your teeth and tongue after using it. abbj2002 wrote:

Becky, hate to say it but you have thrush! You need Nystatin to clear

it (from your doctor.) I also use Advair but have managed to avoid the

problems with Thrush so far.I always rinse 4 or 5 times immediately

after using Advair. I eat live yogurt every day and try to keep sugar

consumption low. It is a well known side effect of inhaled steroids but

what a great drug Advair is, has been a miracle cure for me

it (from your doctor.) I also use Advair but have managed to avoid the

problems with Thrush so far.I always rinse 4 or 5 times immediately

Yes, I get sores, ulcers, etc. on the tongue and through the mouth, as well as thrush -- even though I rinse religiously, brush my teeth, drink water afterwards. (It was recently questioned as to whether the drinking was advisable - when I spoke with an Advair staff member, he said it made sense and didn't advise against it.)

Nystatin works for the thrush. There are oral ointments your dentist/doctor can prescribe that help ease/heal the sores.

If you use Advair you need to wash out your mouth after every use to

prevent Thrush. Don't sallow the water, you need to spit it out.
