Guest guest
- copaiba oil (never heard of it, interesting, tell me more) > - nano-particulate curcumin (better bioavailability) Didn't know of its anti-inflammatory effects, heard of it more as an anti viral, like its being the primary product in Enhansa. Not sure i want to mix enhansa with acyclovir, and anyway, you need to work up slowly and anything I do like this I think I'm going to do when i'M weaning off av. > - astaxanthin - had my eye on this. , doc had never heard of it. Lots of people in US are using it. When I was researching it I found this link: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2845588/?tool=pmcentrez which shows it works as an immune modulator. Asked on TA facebook page but didn't get any responses. Its an anti-oxidant as well. Mercola likes it, doesn't he. Mercola's brand is really expensive, I think I'm going for the Now Foods one or the solgar soft gels. The reason so far I'm avoiding Curcumin and Astaxathin for J at the moment is they both have different actions in the body apart from anti-inflammatory, that's why doing ibuprofen right now. Astaxathin I am trying on myself first to see if its any good because lets put it this way, at the moment, I won't be doing any dancing any time soon! Talk soon Eileen > > > > Sorry Kim. Meant to say. I dose the orange flavoured Nurofen, which has less additives than the strawberry one, at the dose according to weight. So it depends how big your little one is. First five days I do three times a day. Then when things get rough I will put in the odd dose. I have to add there may be better ways of getting through this, hope someone has some out there! But like I said in the original reply, I'm looking at the bigger picture. > > > > Eil x > > >
