Guest guest
The results you'll get with any cranial molding orthosis, successes and failures, really rely on finding a knowledgable, trained & experienced orthotist. We've had several Children's Hospital from Seattle helmet wearers in our group. Kellie 's son, wore one, but I don't think he had great results, simply becuz he began " older " (around 1) and the helmet is passive style. Passive style helmets have best results when began younger in the infant's life, simply becuz the passive styles rely on growth spurts. After age 1, the child's growth spurts decrease. I think Kellie's email addy is kelliesmith@... She's super nice & I'm sure will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the Seattle Children's Hospital helmet.
