Hi

Thought i would just chip in and say Harry is doing great on the LDM-100, increased gradually and didnt see any rash at usual time (9 days) Harry's appeared at 3 weeks when he was on 15 drops 3 times a day and his wasn't the same as what everyone else has had (the red measles type rash) Harry had a nettle like rash (think urticaria!) which started in one place on his body stayed for approx 40 mins then went to only reappear another place in his body, this went on for 3 days a few weeks past and then i did the high dose vitamin A protocol dosing 200,000ius on first day and 100,000ius on next 5 days cant say i noticed anything (i was still dosing LDM-100 too) then i gradually raised the LDM-100 to 23 drops 3 times a day which Barlows said was an adequate dose for a 40lb child, so i held there, i then added in Virastop 2x (had one bottle given to me in the States) when i ran out of this i switched to PRX (which is the same and sold by Mandi) i have seen some nasty cold sores appear (4 all at once in the first week) then after a couple of weeks a strange looking rash appeared between his legs which hung around for a day, i am up to 9 capsule 3 times a day (equivalant to 18 capsule 3 times a day) and going to keep pushing this higher as i know Harry is riddled with viruses, apart from the odd tearful moments and the rash i have not seen anything bad at all so will keep with this viral protocol, i am also using isoprinosine (Dr Cheneys protocol) and OLE and i did have to add in a week of dosing GSE at 6 drops 3 times a day when i started the virastop as we had yeasty behaviours of night waking and giggling, which thankfully GSE kicked. Will report back in a few weeks to update.

Eileen,I started a new topic to make it easier. Our son had strep when he was just over one year old (now he's 6). He was a bit red but out daughter had full blown scarlet fever, red as a berry and her fingers peeled afterwards. They both got a course of antibiotics. Now a days we are peeling back the layers and I'm noticing different symptoms. We struggled with clostridia for a long time and that just made him aggressive. It was very hard to chelate and I thought it was the chelation but clearing the clostrida has made a huge difference (abx was amazing here)and chelation is going smoother, it's just sooo much easier. When you have such severe symptoms and aggression with the clostridia it's kind of hard to pin point what is what but now that is taken care of I see loads of OCD, quite a bit of vocal tics and some occasional tics with his eyes. So when I read your post I was thinking how similar the symptoms were.I have been meaning to try LDM100 on our son, I've been quizzing about it a while back. It's been there on my to do list but I had a disastrous time myself and so it's taken a while to convince hubby to let me try it on our son. I've finally convinced him that we have to do it now while he's young and that winter is a great time to do it because he's covered from head to toe when we go out anyway. So I'm planning to start mid this week so that if he does get the rash it will be after Xmas. I hope you understand what I mean with the symptoms. It's hard when you have so many.So you mention 30 drops a day and abx, are you giving both at the same time? I didn't quite follow you. x>> Yes LDM is one of the top on my list at the moment. I am currently dosing to maximum he can tolerate , whilst Jay is on low level prophylaxis abx now out of flare. During the Christmas Hols we are going to be pretty quiet here, not mixing with great crowds of kids (I can't do that to J now he's recovering from really bad flare recently, wouldn't be right) and at mo am on 30 drops twice a day. I plan to go as far as I can, and take the abx down to see how he copes. Did LDM 100 work for your strep outbreak then ? How's your lad now?> > Thanks> Eileen x

, Really good to hear how well it's going and thanks for the update, I appreciate it. I probably won't introduce other things until after the spring when we are further along with chelation (your ahead of us) but wanted to do the LDM100 now while it is winter and they are covered in overalls every day.Look forward to hearing the next update, x From:

We haven't had as good a response with the LDM100 this time, usually brilliant, what I mean is, not helping the OCD as before, thing is we won't be getting it forever anyway will we? Thought it was on the banned list. Seeing as I'm here though maybe I need to ramp it up a bit, how high can I go?

The other thing for though is we are on round this weekend and he seems calmer, is there some connection with off round and OCD? Been noticing rounds are his best times, not without OCD but more manageable.

It's hard when you have so many.

So you mention 30 drops a day and abx, are you giving both at the same time? I didn't quite follow you.

of the top on my list at the moment. How's your lad now?

Still getting it through customs at the moment, when full force of THMD comes in its not illegal to buy it from USA just illegal to SELL it in UK. People are buying in huge amounts and I can't keep enough stock in. We might get it through as a BOTANICAL not a herb anyways - wink

Been noticing rounds are his best times, not without OCD but more manageable.Vicky

LDM 100, Eileen

THMD, don't know exactly what it stands for but Mandi means the new rules in

place on what can or can't be sold in the EU.

PRX, http://www.mandimart.co.uk/prx-theramedix-60-capsules-359-p.asp

ABX, they are talking about prescription antibiotics here

and PRX? Its a double strength version of Virastop, made by Theramedix which was the practitioner version of Virastop products, CDX is double strength Candidase. Thermedix and ENzymedica have since split into two companies, Enzymedica are silly prices. I only managed to do Virastop protocol and me and Sam because we were in the study and got them free, 20 caps per day is not financially feasible for most. ALthough there is one practtioner who puts people on 2 per day of PRX, I am not sure what this is meant to acheive, I think its a waste of money

We used PRX a couple of months ago, along with monolauren, OLE and Transfer

factors. Our DAN told us to use 2 x PRX per day. Reading between the lines it

looks as though that dose was a wee bit small. Anyone recommend how much a five

year old should be on of PRX and if it is best to include the others mentioned

or other supps.

Thanks,

n

Hi n

I am treating my son (who is going to be 7 in March) with this, we are up to 9 capsules 3 times a day and im still pushing it higher, i researched virastop 2x (which is the same product) and read alot of other peoples post on various groups and what my take on it is there is no "one size fits all" its rather dosing and when symptoms of die off disappear then increase, when you get to a level that you are increasing and getting no die off then you hold for 3 weeks at that dose then gradually reduce. My son has confirmed blood tests showing HSV1 & HV6 so his viral load is very heavy so im probably going to have to take this quite high. We have had some awful cold sores appear then a strange looking rash on the back of his legs running across what looked like a nerve, in himself he seems fine and dandy but a little tearful now and again (normally on the first day when i push dose up) but he seems fine again very soon after, we also have clown mouth going on so im just about to add vitamin B2 which should help with that. I am also dosing LDM-100 @ 23 drop 3 times a day (we had already established this before adding in the PRX) and Olive leaf extract which he has been taking for approx a year maybe longer.
