Guest guest
I take melatonin. It's a hormone that your body makes that helps you sleep. It's OTC and very safe. I take 1 mg about 3 hours before I go to sleep. You don't feel druged up, but refreshed. Research the net and read these books. " The Super Hormone Promise " and " The Melatonin Miracle " Regelson M.D., & Carol Colman. (Healthy people should read these too) Melatonin Natures Sleeping Pill Ray Sahelian, M.D. Good luck, Chris > I didnt sleep last night and havent been able to sleep agood night > for at least a month.
