Guest guest Posted January 16, 2012 Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 My dad has had a yeast infection for a long time and is now eventually asking me to repeat what I've been telling him for years. He has the horrble toe nails and now has flaking skin on his feet which I have told him is the same thing. He recently went to GP for something else and GP said he had thrush on his tongue - he gave him nystatin for a week but now it has returned. Eventually he has asked me what he needs to treat this 'holistic'. I've told him to take culturelle and sacc boulardii to re-populate, but what is the best 'simple (must be simple) yeast killer.
