My dad has had a yeast infection for a long time and is now eventually asking me

to repeat what I've been telling him for years. He has the horrble toe nails

and now has flaking skin on his feet which I have told him is the same thing.

He recently went to GP for something else and GP said he had thrush on his

tongue - he gave him nystatin for a week but now it has returned.

Eventually he has asked me what he needs to treat this 'holistic'. I've told

him to take culturelle and sacc boulardii to re-populate, but what is the best

'simple (must be simple) yeast killer.

Thanks

How about garlic and high dose oregano tablets? Also, and most importantly, stop feeding the yeast. Put him on a sugar-free diet and remove bread and pasta. Get him to buy and read The Yeast Syndrome. And lastly, get tough with him. If he wants to get rid of the yeast he can't continue to feed it through his diet and take a few supplements or nystatin. It will always come back. Hope that helps. Eimear Z From: josephrabbit2000
