Guest guest
I found that already, and love it. I also keep tabs on weather.com. This is the Weather Channel's site. You can put in your zip code and get weather and pollen reports there, too. One of our local newspapers also prints air quality reports. I can compare notes from all sources and decide how to deal with going outside and whether I need to carry my mask or I can leave it home. Thanks for the heads up on that. Guest guest
--- Asking for help and new ideas and approaches asking for help is a very good way to get help , i read so many of the messages here and so many people struggling away putting up with all sorts of grief . a lot of people just want to sound off which is fine and some want some support too which is fine. but when your at your wits end or at a situation which is difficult, it makes a lot of sense to ask for some help , i feel that perhaps through pride or ego many of you just struggle on needlessly suffering . so i would encourage you to ask. for new ideas, new ways, to tackle things so many people have new ideas, new approaches just a bit of info for you may make an enormous difference to your l;ife phil In asthma , " yogibear2b " <yogibear2b@y...> wrote: > Hi everyone, > Any asthmatics out there get bronchitis frequently ?
