Guest guest Posted January 9, 2012 Report Share Posted January 9, 2012 I'm just wondering - has anyone mixed HNI TriEnza into ketchup and does it start to degrade the ketchup in any way? Would they pre-digest buttercream frosting (ingredients: whole milk, butter, sugar)? I want to re-introduce enzymes but am concerned that I won't be able to get to take them, especially since I can't put them in yoghurt! He won't take the chewables.
