Natasha-

No, we didn't have to travel for it. Dane's physical therapist was

trained in it. If you follow the link, on the left hand side of the

screen, click on " Find a Practitioner "

We were just lucky that Dane's PT was educated on it. We were

really lucky that we stumbled upon her. She really had a big

difference on the quality of Dane's life!
