Guest guest
We are using Sonic Cholesterol Natasha @ 4 per day - although not a total solution it really helps with anxiety. Our son developed an intolerance to eggs when we tried to increase and we didn't see the same effects on anxiety. Guest guest
Dr Shaw kindly looked at his blood tests over the past 5 years consistently showing cholesterol hovering around 3.0 (normal range is 4.13 - 5.17) and did some sort of calculation. He suggested if it didn't go up to try 5 caps. I think the doc at Cenaverde can also advise on dosage by doing the same conversion calculation. My son is 16. I only use 1 a day how old is you son? My son is 23 kilos aged 9. I am wondering if its affected by age the amount you give or is it effective with reducing anxiety by giving 4 daily? Guest guest
Isobel - I would be careful to check with Dr G or the doc at Cenaverde about the correct dosage based on your specific results. My son is much older than yours. Your son is perhaps preparing for the onset of puberty and cholestrol affects hormones. For the record 2 months in to supplementation my son's levels had not gone up but he seemed better and when he was ill and couldn't take it he became very anxious. Each cap is equivalent to an egg but my son developed intolerance at 2-3 eggs a day.
