A Funny Thing Happened....

Remember I had mentioned in one of my posts that I'd been contacted by a

local CBS news station about doing a story on ? It was in response

to an email I had sent about the IDF boycott of " The Bubble Boy " and it

included the email I had written up about to encourage people to

donate blood, as well as a picture of .

Well, I get this email from the newsperson about having contacted

Children's Hospital about being there during his treatment and waiting for

the reply. Then I get to this paragraph.....

" Does Sam stay in the bubble all the time? Or just in public? Will a

video camera bother him? Just let me know, so I can prepare my photographer. "

Okay, so while it's pretty sad that people have such misconceptions, it was

still a hoot reading it. The record has been set straight (via email) and

I'm still waiting for a response as to whether or not they still want to do

a story (albeit a less sensational one).
