I've read somewhere that it also works if applied (lots of it) on soles of feet, covered with socks overnight – haven't tried it yet here though.Hope you get it under control quickly. Literally 1 or 2 drops up each nostril and they clear nose making breathing easier - I know they wont help with chest but if breathing is easier this will help with chest to a degree.
