Guest guest
You over did it! Take it slow at first and gradually go longer as your oxygen allows. Do not go till your breathing hard or you will hyperventilate. I guess relearning how to breath in this as we get better is as important as our lungs healing. You over did it. Try doing it breathing through your nose not your mouth. When you start getting winded stop and regain your oxygen levels in your blood before you start breathing hard deep and fast. Theres a carbon dioxide ratio to oxygen you need to relearn to excercise. If one is low the other cannot get the job done. Buteyko had a very good article on this if you want it let me know and i'll forward it to you.
