Guest guest
, You do sound better! We will all be thinking of you going back to work, and hoping for the best. You have said how a lot of us feel sometimes, and you have managed to fight all these problems and conquered some. You go !!! (but, always remember to listen to your body, and when it's telling you it needs a rest...take a rest. Jen. oh Jen..I am so sorry that you haven't gotten pregnant yet. Years ago, when I was in remission (for a few years..only didn't know it was remission..just thought I was over " whatever it was, " ) my hubby and I applied for adopting a child (we had a small son, and couldn't seem to have another child ) Actually, we were approved to be foster parents, and then one day out of the blue..the man handling the legal end of things called and asked if we would be willing to adopt this little baby that was to be born in about a month? Of course...we said yes! (the mom wanted it to go to someone specific, and we filled her qualifications) Two weeks later I found out I was pregnant myself! (surprise!) We talked with the adoption folks, and they said " if we wanted the other baby too..it was okay with them. " Wow!! My heart was bursting with happiness! Then two months into the pregnancy...the Stills came back (didn't know it was Stills then) I lost my own baby, and had to cancel adoption on the other one, (which was a little boy)...because of being so deathly ill. The disease never left again. Please notify your doctor and tell him/her how you are feeling. Hopefully, in a few months you will be able to share with us some good news!! Sue #2, Just want to tell you that I am very proud of you for taking even a " little " time for yourself! Now, please listen to Sue, and everyday..take even a few minutes of " Sue Time. " Please? Sue: Yeaaaa!!! The shoulder surgery is over, you are home and getting better every day! Are you still in some pain?? Please keep us updated. So good to hear from you! Now for all of you and everyone else, please take these words to heart. " Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
