Guest guest
Has anyone successfuly made 24 hour yogurt with Buffalo milk, please? The first time I used CP1 - the result was rubbery curds and whey. The second time I used sheep's yogurt as the starter, but the result was the same. Thanks, Margaret
Guest guest
There is a producer of buffalo milk yogurt south of Birmingham which makes and sells it - which would make a good starter, but I don't think they have a retail outlet near us. Margaret £10 sound a lot - suppose it wasn't right for buffalo milk! But I'll look into it, thanks. > > I had a look as well and they talk about a bulgarian starter (???) maybe > this what makes the difference ..... > found it on ebay but quite pricey bit over £10 .... > > >
